1. General Provisions

1.1 World Cup Fiesta (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is available exclusively to customers who have opted in weekly to participate in the Promotion.

1.2 The Promotion commences on June 10, 2026, and ends on July 19, 2026.

1.3 Participation in the Promotion is open to all eligible players who have completed the weekly opt-in and make qualifying deposits of more than 40 NZD / 20 EUR (or the equivalent in local currency), thereby obtaining a chance to win.

2. Qualifying Deposits

2.1  A qualifying deposit is defined as a real-money deposit of more than 40 NZD / 20 EUR (or equivalent).

2.2 Bonuses are credited daily, based on the qualifying deposits made on the previous day.

2.3 The more qualifying deposits a player makes, the greater their chance of receiving a higher number and higher value of Bonuses (Free Spins or Free Bets).

2.4 Fulfilling the minimum deposit requirement provides a chance to receive Bonuses (Free Spins or Free Bets); however, the allocation of Bonuses (Free Spins or Free Bets) upon meeting the minimum deposit condition is not guaranteed.

3. Rewards Structure

3.1 The maximum daily reward available under this Promotion is up to 100 Free Spins per player.

3.2 The allocation and value of Bonuses (Free Spins or Free Bets) may vary depending on the player’s VIP level.

3.3 Bonuses are granted once per player per day.

4. Free Spins and Free Bets Activation and Usage

4.1 Free Spins must be activated within 48 hours from the moment they appear in the player’s profile.

4.2 Once activated, Free Spins must be used within 24 hours, or they will expire automatically.

4.3 Wagering Requirements: All winnings derived from Free Spins must be wagered 40 times (x40) before a withdrawal can be made.

4.4 Min odds to use the Free bet should be 2.50.

4.5 Free Bets must be used within 24 hours of being credited.

4.6 Free bet must be used once by staking full amount. Winnings from Free bet will be credited to the player's real balance (With original stake amount being deducted). The player needs to roll over winnings amount at least 3 times with odds 1.50, before requesting withdrawal of funds.

5. Maximum Release Amount

5.1 The maximum release (withdrawal) limits for Free Spins winnings are as follows:

• VIP 1–2: 160 NZD / 80 EUR
• VIP 3–5: 400 NZD / 200 EUR

6. Bonus and Withdrawal Conditions

6.1 Submitting a withdrawal request prior to completing the required wagering will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

6.2 Players may cancel an active bonus at any time via their profile settings. Upon cancellation, both the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

6.3  This Promotion cannot be combined with any other bonus, campaign, or offer. Activation of another promotion will automatically void the World Cup Fiesta bonus.

7. Operator’s Rights

7.1 The structure and rewards of the Promotion are subject to modification, suspension, or cancellation by the Operator at any time and without prior notice.

7.2 The Operator reserves the right to amend eligibility criteria, promotion structure, Bonuses allocation at any time during the Promotion.

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Misconduct

8.1 Any form of abuse, fraud, collusion, or irregular betting behavior may result in the exclusion of the player from the Promotion and possible account suspension.

8.2 The Operator reserves the right to disqualify any player engaged in fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, or abuse of bonus systems.

8.3 In case of technical errors, affected bets may be voided, and any accumulated points removed.

8.4 If fraudulent behavior is confirmed, the Operator reserves the right to confiscate winnings associated with such activity.

9. Jurisdiction and Fair Use

9.1 This Promotion is provided for entertainment purposes only.

9.2 The Operator may, at its discretion, restrict access to the Promotion for certain users, including prior to bonus activation.

10. General Provisions

10.1 General Site Terms & Conditions apply to this Promotion in full.

10.2 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the General Terms & Conditions, the latter shall prevail.

10.3 The Operator’s decision on all matters related to this Promotion shall be final and binding.

11. Additional Clauses

11.1 Fulfilling the minimum deposit requirement gives players a chance to win Bonuses. The allocation of Bonuses upon meeting the minimum deposit condition is not guaranteed.

11.2 The Operator reserves the right to amend eligibility criteria, promotion structure, Bonuses rules, or Bonuses allocation at any time during the promotion.

11.3 The Operator reserves the right to disqualify any player found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, multiple account usage, or abuse of bonus systems.
